At Throwblankets, we pride ourselves on delivering quality dog beds and accessories with care and transparency. The information below outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and general shipping practices.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our products ship directly from our partnered suppliers and warehouses. Estimated delivery times range between:
8 to 20 business days
(depending on your location and local postal services)
Please note: While we aim for timely deliveries, factors such as customs, shipping carrier delays, and high-demand periods may impact delivery timeframes.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days from ordering, please contact our support team.
Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs inspections may also cause minor delays.
Cancellations and Order Changes
We allow cancellations or changes within 30 minutes of placing an order. Once processing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. A $20 cancellation fee may apply to cover transaction and handling costs.
