Returns & Refunds Policy

At ThrowBlanket, your comfort is our priority. While we hope you love your new blanket, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below for eligibility and instructions.

✅ 30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and clean

• Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, used blankets are not eligible for return.

📦 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@throwblanket.com.au with the following:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item(s)

• The reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions and the return address.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or washed blankets (unless defective)

• Items returned without prior approval

• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

📦 Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

🕵️♀️ Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

• Double-check with household members or neighbors

• Wait 24–48 hours (in case of early scanning)

• Then contact us and we’ll help investigate
